Terms & Conditions
Please read and indicate that you have agreed to the terms and conditions outlined below.
RATES: Rates may be quoted in US dollars or Euros. When rates are quoted in US dollars, the rate is subject to change due to currency fluctuations. Surcharges may apply for credit card charges.
AIR: Baggage allowance varies by carrier, with all responsibility for compliance assumed by the passenger. Airline tickets may be non-refundable once issued. Liadis Travel cannot accept responsibility for any carrier's schedule changes, equipment changes, flight delays, or flight cancellations for any reason, including financial insolvency of the carrier. Seat assignments are not guaranteed since airlines can change aircrafts. A fee of $40.00 per ticket is charged for issuing tickets.
FERRIES AND HYDROFOILS: Schedules for inter-island ferries and hydrofoils are generally not posted until 30 days prior to travel. Tickets are nonrefundable. Ferries and hydrofoils may be cancelled due to weather conditions and are then refundable. Tickets must be picked up at the pier. Seats are not pre-assigned. A fee of $50.00 is charged for confirming reservations.
HOTEL ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE: Varies by property but cannot be guaranteed prior to 3pm. Departure is typically required by 11am.
HANDICAPPED FACILITIES: Specific handicapped facility requirements and/or requests for wheelchair-accessible rooms must be advised at the time of booking and are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.
CAR RENTAL: An International driver’s license is required for car rentals in Greece. Age restrictions apply. If you are under 25 years old or over 70 years old, please advise us. Optional insurance is available at a supplement. Rates do not include refueling, additional insurance options, airport surcharges, additional driver charges, or drop-off charges or one-way fees (unless advised otherwise). Specific car makes or models are not guaranteed. SIGHTSEEING & SERVICES: Sightseeing, tourist attractions, or transfer services unused due to passenger's own volition are completely non-refundable.
DOCUMENTS: Final travel documents will be issued within 30 days prior to travel. Additional time may be required for supplier confirmation of private transfers and services. Any documents requiring express service will be charged a $25.00 fee.
INSURANCE: Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against cancellation penalties due to illness or death. Please contact Liadis Travel for a price quote.
PASSPORTS: A valid US passport is required for travel to most EU countries and must be valid for at least 6 months beyond return date. A visa and a valid US passport are required for some countries. Non-US passport holders must consult the Embassy for travel requirements. Proper documentation is the responsibility of the traveler.
PAYMENTS: Accepted forms of payment include check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa. Credit card fees are included in the price. A credit card authorization form must be submitted in order for payment to be applied. A nonrefundable planning fee is required to begin the planning process. Final payment is due no later than 60 days prior to departure, unless otherwise indicated on the booking invoice.
CANCELLATIONS AND REVISIONS: Cancellation and change fees vary for each service. A penalty of at least $300.00 is charged for cancellation or revisions. If cancellation is received within 60 days of arrival the total cost could be nonrefundable. Travel insurance could protect against these fees. Early check-outs are non-refundable.
